NOVLT began as the vision of two friends with different but complementary strengths. The company was started after their graduation with a clear mission: to provide quality-driven construction and design services with a strong focus on client needs, practical planning, and reliable execution.
Mr. Shijas KM, an architect, handles the creative and design side of the company. His role focuses on planning, architecture, interiors, and visualising spaces that are both beautiful and useful. Mr. Jose Silvin, a business graduate, handles the execution side — managing project coordination, client communication, operations, and the practical delivery of work on site.
2020
Company Founded
Shijas KM and Jose Silvin founded NOVLT Associates in Vadakkencherry after completing their graduation, with a shared vision for quality-driven construction and design.
2021
First Residential Projects
Completed first residential construction and interior design projects in Vadakkencherry and surrounding Palakkad areas, establishing a strong local reputation.
2022
Expanded to Bangalore
Selected commercial and residential projects in Bangalore marked the company's expansion beyond Kerala, diversifying the project portfolio significantly.
2023 — Present
50+ Projects Milestone
Crossed 50 completed projects across Kerala and Bangalore. Continuing to grow with a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, and design excellence.
